To return an item, please contact us within 10 days of receiving your order at hello@niiberg.com . If there is a defect or you have received the wrong item, please include pictures of the problem and an explanation in your original email.

Note: Personalized products are unique and created just for you. We cannot exchange or refund these items unless there is a manufacturer defect.

No refund will be given if you do not specify a reason for the return or if you send the item back without prior communication.

Refunds for returned items will be issued using the original payment method used to place the order.

Customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with returning items.

The returned item must be unused and sent back in the original packaging.

To avoid misunderstandings, please mark the packaging with "RETURNED ITEM".
