Note: Personalized products are unique and made just for you. We cannot exchange or refund these items unless there is a manufacturer's defect.
Refunds will not be issued if you do not provide a reason for the return or send the item back without prior contact.
Refunds for returned items will be issued to the original payment method used when placing the order.
Customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with returning items.
The returned product must be unused and sent back in its original packaging.
